Qualified candidates will have:
Ability to obtain Common Access Card
Current or Past GFEBS roles
Knowledge of GFEBS cProjects and Plant Maintenance modules preferable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
Assist the government DPW staff by documenting the receipt of Individual Job Orders requested via form 4283s from customers as well as project work orders identified by the contractor while performing sustainment activities or by the DPW engineering staff. Responsible for the initial entry of IJOs into collaborative projects cProjects, maintaining the status of projects and extracting reports out of cProjects. Maintain a physical folder of all pertinent supporting documentation and assign appropriate documentation to the cProjects record. Responsible for maintaining a list of dig permit requests, issuing dig permit requests to contractor and monitoring the contractor's execution of the dig permits in GFEBS.

Receive DA Form 4283s from customers and DPW staff, create project files and create cProjects projects in GFEBS.
Update the cProjects project record through the life cycle of the project.
Receive requests for Dig permits and staff appropriately.
