Ron has over 37 years of Federal Government contracting experience supporting Department of Defense and NASA customers in Huntsville and Washington, DC. He has managed technical and business organizations his entire career and has specific expertise in the growth and management of small businesses in a method that results in an exceptional work environment for staff and superior support and products for customers. Ron has been inducted into the State of Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame and has been recognized as a Distinguished Engineering Fellow by the University of Alabama.

Richard serves as President of Thompson Gray, responsible for strategy development, operations and business development. He has 36 years’ experience in the areas of Army financial management, information technology management, ERP deployment and sustainment and contract management. He joined Thompson Gray in January 2014 and was named company President in 2017. He is married and has one daughter.

Pat leads the Thompson Gray’s Functional Proponent Support efforts in Northern Virginia. Pat has worked over 35 years in DoD and Financial Management. He has led the professional development of financial management workforce in DoD and has in-depth understanding of DoD financial management organizational structures, operating environments, and business process policies, procedures, and practices.

Lyndsey serves as Senior Vice President for Huntsville Operations at Thompson Gray. She has 17 years’ experience in the federal industry with her main area of focus in Army financial management and ERP deployment and sustainment. She served 9 of those years as a federal civilian. She joined Thompson Gray in May 2012 and has served as Vice President since August 2017.
