New parental leave policy offers new parents peace of mind
Thompson Gray recently introduced a new parental leave policy, which is an extension of the existing maternity policy, allowing new parents two weeks paid leave upon the arrival of their new child through childbirth or adoption.

Many businesses in the state of Alabama don’t offer an existing parental leave policy to its employees, particularly to new mothers and fathers who have adopted. New parents are not guaranteed time off to bond with their new child and adjust to parental life.
